Yoga, breathwork and restorative practices for curious humans.
A gentle space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore what helps you to feel more at home in your body and mind.
“At any moment you have a choice that either leads you closer to your spirit or further away from it.”

A Warm Welcome to Little Barn Yoga
My classes are designed to offer a pause from the busyness of everyday life.
Whether you're joining me for yoga, breathwork or restorative practices, my hope is that you'll feel welcomed exactly as you are.
Together we'll explore movement, breath and rest with curiosity and self-inquiry in a way that feels supportive, accessible and grounded in real life.

Ways to practice with me
MOVE
Offering both Hatha and Yin classes to help develop strength, improve flexibility and cultivate a sense of calm through mindful movement and breath.
Combining traditional pranayama and modern breath work techniques to help quieten the mind, reduce stress and calm the nervous system helping to move towards the quiet space within.
BREATHE
A deeply restful practice using props to fully support the body in gentle poses. Restorative yoga is designed to soothe the nervous system, ease tension, and promote rest and recovery.
REST
Supported. Nurtured. Safe. Welcome. Inclusive. Empowered.
Not just words.
The feeling I hope every student experiences when they practise with me.
More than just a class.
Many people arrive looking for yoga.
They often discover is something deeper.
A space to breathe.
A chance to slow down.
A community of like-minded people.
And a regular reminder that taking care of yourself matters too.
"You're alive and breathing. That's a fine reason to celebrate."
— Johnny Lung
